Terms & Conditions

Thank you for visiting the Jeel Flo Website. We would like to inform you that all orders placed through the Jeel Flo website are bound by the following terms and conditions:

  • Orders must be made at least H-1 or H-2 before the delivery date, especially for custom orders.
  • Orders are made via WhatsApp or DM on Jeel Flo’s official social media.
  • Customers are required to provide complete information regarding: 
    1. Type of product desired (artificial bouquet, balloon, wire feather, etc.) 
    2. Theme color (if any) 
    3. Recipient’s name and shipping address 
    4. Special greeting (if needed)
  • All orders must be paid in full in advance (DP/full payment) before being processed.
  • Payment can be made through the available methods and will be informed by the admin.
  • Proof of transfer must be sent for payment validation.
  • Jeel Flo products are handmade and require processing times depending on the level of difficulty.
  • We guarantee that the design and quality of the products will be the same as the catalog, with the possibility of slight differences as part of the unique character of each bouquet.
  • Jeel Flo uses local courier services or third party expeditions as agreed with the customer.
  • Estimated delivery time is adjusted to the destination location.
  • The risk of late delivery by the expedition service is beyond Jeel Flo’s responsibility.
  • We ensure that the product is packaged as safely as possible. However, damage during shipping by third parties is not entirely our responsibility.
  • Cancellation can only be made a maximum of 3 hours after payment confirmation. After that, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • Products that have been finished and shipped cannot be returned, unless there is an error on Jeel Flo’s part (for example, the wrong product or not according to the order).
  • Refunds are only valid if the error is proven to have originated from Jeel Flo and accompanied by valid evidence.

Jeel Flo is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of customer data and will not share personal information with other parties without permission.
